DJI PRO SHIPPING NEWS COMPLAINTS AND REVIEWS

I think everyone who is complaining here should file reports with BBB.ORG, when you file with BBB.ORG, BBB will send a letter by mail to the company on your behalf and the company BBB record will be affected as well.

Also, its best you post your complaints, scam reviews on other websites not only on DJI because DJI forums are controlled by DJI and they can delete any content they don't like the public to see.

I also think that the media would be very interested to hear about these stories, I suggest that everyone sends an email now to all media organizations with your complaint and a link to this post.

Finally, nothing worse than doing a dispute / chargeback with your credit card company, when you contact your credit card company tell them you want you to dispute a charge on your credit card and provide them with your full complaint story and don't forget to mention that DJI charged you money in advance and originally promised to ship by mid October but then later changed their mind.


I bet you that this post of mine will be deleted by DJI soon as it has too many helpful information for people that DJI may not want you to know, and if it does get deleted then I will be making a new blog and I will post this info on it and get it ranked very high on google less than 24hrs. using my special secret SEO techniques. :)

I emailed the company DJI several times about the mavic pro drone requesting a refund and they never replied to my emails they kept on ignoring me so what I did is I contacted my credit card company and I requested a dispute chargeback on the payment sent to them, on the second day I received a full refund very easy through my credit card company.
    DJI sux, they are scammers.

I think I'm going to cancel my order, even though they fix the issue with the mavic, I wouldn't want to receive the first batch of shippment or second or even third, I'd prefer to wait until people had tested it fully and reported all issues, and after the company repairs all issues then I might order again, unless I had something else better like the GoPro Karma or something else, I think this would be the smartest way to go.

  8. DJI keeps lying about the shipping date for the mavic pro, I tried to cancel my order with DJI but they didn't cancel it, so I called visa and disputed the payment.

  9. This is really crazy, I ordered mine on September 29 and I still haven't received it yet, they haven't even shipped it yet !!! I should cancel too.

    Buyers be aware this company is a scam, they steal your money and won't ship you the product !!!

  10. I contacted my credit card company now and did a dispute / chargeback and got my full money back plus the interest that I lost :) thanks to visa for allowing me to do a chargeback.

I advise everyone who ordered the DJI mavic pro that hasn't received it to call your credit card company right now and ask them to dispute the payment, mention to your credit card company that you ordered it a while back and they promised you a shipping date but they lied, also mention that you tried contacting the company by online chat and they ignored you, and there is no other way to contact the company as they don't have a telephone number only offer online chat.

I think this company DJI will finally learn their lesson once everyone does a chargeback, there is nothing worse than doing a chargeback dispute if you haven't received your mavic pro yet, this is the worsed thing someone can do on a company is a chargeback !!! Because their failed and they lied about their shipping date and it's delayed and I hope this goes all over the news.

  13. Hi, name is Allan, I emailed the company and asked them when will my mavic ship and they said it will ship on November and now and when I spoke to someone else in the live chat they said they don't know when it will ship !!!

    DJI is really a scam and I hope everyone will search for DJI reviews and they would see these posts and others before they go out and buy it.

    I believe the company isn't planning to ship this product, they are just delaying the issue hopping a lot of people to forget about it so they can keep your money.

  14. This is a type of scam called advance fee fraud, I advise everyone to report this to your credit card company, FTC.GOV, BBB.ORG, office of the attorney general in your state just google the word office of the attorney general followed by your state name, example:

    office of the attorney general florida

    Then go to the website and file a report online.

    Do all that right now today ASAP.

    Finally after all that, contact your credit card company and ask them to do a chargeback dispute on the payment they charged you and explain your whole story and refer the credit card company and all the agencies you report to about this blog as it has very useful information here.

  23. Yes I agree with the comment above, and don't believe the people posting online who said that they received the mavic because all these might be fake positive reviews to get more people to order and to add more hope.

    Even the people that you see on YouTube doing product reviews, these people were probably paid for all their reviews, you think I'm talking bullshit ??? Go to fiverr.com and search video reviews you will see that for as little as $5! You can get a fake positive review for your product.

    Google advance fee scam and you will see exactly what I mean.

    I just spoke to my credit card company after I saw this and I put a chargeback request as well.

  28. Cancelled order for Mavic. DJI being a China based company thinks they can get away with all manner of bullshit much like the communist dictatorial government they live under.
    Placed order 10/2/2016 and found they lied about first come first serve shipping. Mine was a basic kit and there were others who ordered well behind me who received there merchandise first anyway.
    DJI uses overwhelming demand for the problem. It's real simple DJI, you cut-off taking orders after the quota you can reasonably fulfill has been met. Then reopen ordering when you are once again able to meet demand. Don't take peoples money, lie and then expect them to wait some indeterminate time to maybe get their orders.
    First order with this company and extremely disappointed.
    Am also quite sad that no American manufacturer can compete in this market so far.
